Windvision acquires Vortex Energy Belgium

SDM-Valorum, together with renewable energy specialist Visitron Advisory, advises the shareholders of Vortex Energy Belgium in the acquisition by Windvision, a BlackRock portfolio company. Founded in 2017, Vortex Energy Belgium has developed a portfolio of 244 MW onshore wind and 34 MW solar energy projects in 15 locations in Wallonia.
